Newark Boys Chorus School has named Paul Chapin as Head of School. Paul has worked as an educator and administrator in Princeton Public Schools for the past 35 years. Previously a vocal music teacher at Riverside School, Paul also served as Acting/Interim Principal of the school from 2014-2016. In addition to teaching, Paul serves as an educational consultant to Princeton Symphony Orchestra, a Content Instruction Specialist at Princeton University, and works with Educational Testing Service in developing assessments. For the past 22 years, he has been the Music Director at First Baptist Church of Bordentown, NJ, and he has significant experience as a choral conductor and soloist. Paul received a B.M. in music education from Westminster Choir College and an M.S. in educational leadership from the University of Scranton.
