In buying our merchandise from Something Special Studios, you’re directly supporting the only urban chorus school in the nation. Newark Boys Chorus School has been offering tuition-free education and musical training to students in grades 4-8 since 1969.  In 2022, NBCS will be moving into our new home, where we will restore and bring new life to the historic State Street School, Newark’s oldest standing public school (built in 1845). All collaboration proceeds will help with our big move.
