1 have experienced significant professional growth in my seventeen years of teaching. My desire to become a teacher has been driven by a strong belief that we all have to give back to society, especially when someone, like myself, has received so much. My goal is to continue to touch and change many young lives in meaningful ways as my teachers and professors have touched mine.
I strive to inspire not only academic excellence but also a deep and enduring sense of confidence and self-esteem in my students by being a true friend and mentor—not only through teaching, but also through coaching and counseling.
