As the first packing night for the upcoming tour approaches, the students at Newark Boys Chorus School are feeling the excitement. When first announced in March,

the June date seemed very far away. But with only a little over a month left,

final preparations are underway.

Travel is an essential experience for Newark Boys Chorus School students.

The NBCS triennial tour fosters independence for these middle school travelers.

They not only enjoy the sight-seeing part of the tour but they have a chance to display the excellence of their musical training.

Student families are expected to contribute a part of the cost.

But sponsors are needed to subsidize the remainder.
