NBCS Summer Mural Project

August 2018. For the second summer in a row local students under the direction of Malcolm Rolling from Yendor have created a giant indoor mural displaying the artistic nature of the Newark Boys Chorus School. “It’s a five week program with the first two weeks spent designing, then it’s prepping and painting. All 12 of our student volunteer artists get to work on the mural. Finally, they decide on a name for the project,” Rolling stated as he described the project. So far the working title of this year’s project is “The Pillars of NBCS.”
